Redesigning how Capital Bikeshare communicates availability: trend graphs, in-app navigation, and proactive dock alerts that help riders plan around the city's most frustrating commute variable.
Nice to meet you!
I didn't come up through a traditional design path — and that's exactly the point.
Before UX, I was a debate coach and a fitness instructor. Those worlds taught me something no bootcamp could: every context has its own language, its own friction points, and its own definition of "obvious." Learning to ask the right questions in rooms where I was the outsider made me a sharper researcher and a more empathetic designer.
Today I work at [solidcore], where I own digital product and web infrastructure across marketing, CRM, and growth — shipping everything from UX research to production Webflow builds and automation pipelines.
If you're looking for someone who asks good questions, moves comfortably between the fuzzy and the technical, and sweats the details without losing sight of the whole — let's talk.
